Cancellation Policy

-Deposits & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. One (1) reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment within this period. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. -K-Tip Extension Appointments For K-Tip extension installations, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
